These terms define the usage boundaries, responsibilities, and refund arrangements for Bibi VPN cross-border access subscriptions. Please read and understand the following before using the service.

Service Scope and Applicability
Bibi VPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes are intended to improve connection paths when accessing international websites, streaming services, and online tools. Actual performance may be affected by the user’s network, the target service, route congestion, and the device environment.
The service offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month from the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Included traffic, validity rules, and prices are those shown on the plan and order confirmation pages.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials, subscription links, and client configurations, and are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts. If credentials or a subscription link are exposed, users should stop sharing them publicly and address the issue through the user panel.
The service does not limit the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but accounts, subscription links, and route access are for the purchaser’s normal use only. Users may not resell, rent, publicly publish, or share accounts or subscription content with unrelated people, nor package a personal subscription as another commercial service. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, invalid configurations, or account restrictions resulting from improper sharing.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to the services they access, as well as platform rules and intellectual property requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful activity or to infringe on the legitimate rights of others. Using routes for network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, illegal content distribution, unauthorized system access, or other conduct that may harm networks or third parties is prohibited.
Users are solely responsible for content accessed, uploaded, downloaded, or transmitted through the service. Bibi VPN is not involved in account, content, payment, or authorization relationships between users and third-party platforms, and does not guarantee that third-party services will remain available to a particular region, account, or payment method.
Service Availability and Account Termination
Bibi VPN may maintain, adjust, or replace routes based on operating conditions. Changes to the device network, target-site restrictions, upstream failures, system maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control may cause connection speed fluctuations, temporary unavailability of some routes, or service interruptions. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, a fixed speed, or continuous access to specific third-party content.
If a user violates the acceptable use requirements, resells or publicly shares a subscription, interferes with normal route operations, or otherwise materially breaches these terms, Bibi VPN may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account as appropriate. Measures will consider the nature of the violation and its impact on the service and other users; where laws or regulations require otherwise, they will be followed.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the order and payment records can be verified. Funds are handled according to the applicable payment channel rules; the specific processing status for Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT is subject to the relevant order and channel feedback.
Bibi VPN may update these terms due to changes in service scope, subscription rules, legal requirements, or operational arrangements. Updates will be published on this page and the “Last updated” information will be adjusted accordingly. Material changes affecting user rights or obligations will be highlighted in an appropriate location on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect indicates that the user has read and accepted the updated terms; users who do not accept them may stop using the service and submit a request when eligible for a refund.
