ACCOUNT

Account and subscription

From account creation and getting a subscription to refreshing configurations, first confirm the account status and link integrity. Store the subscription link as carefully as your account details.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. The username is used to access the user panel, while the password protects the account. Save both securely after registration, and never share your password or subscription link publicly. Access the user panel whenever you need to purchase a plan, get a client, or submit a ticket.

Where can I find my subscription link?

After signing in to the user panel, confirm that your plan is active, then open the client download or account overview section to get your subscription. The subscription link imports route configurations into a client; it is not a public download URL. Copy the full link, including its ending parameters. If it has been exposed publicly, stop sharing it and explain the situation in a ticket.

How do I update my subscription link?

Open the client where the subscription was imported, find the Bibi VPN entry in subscription or configuration management, and choose update, refresh, or fetch again. Before updating, make sure the current network can reach the subscription address. If old routes still appear, close and reopen the client. If nothing changes, remove the old entry and import the complete link copied again from the user panel.

Do I need to buy another plan when I change devices?

No. Changing devices does not require another purchase. Bibi VPN supports unlimited simultaneously connected devices and works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. On a new device, get the matching client from the user panel and import the subscription link from your account. Keep the subscription link only on devices you actually use.

What should I do if my username or password does not work?

Check for extra spaces and make sure capitalization matches the details used when creating the account. Browser autofill may contain outdated information, so clear the fields and enter them manually. If you still cannot access the user panel, use the ticket form and include your username, purchase status, and the message shown. Never submit your password or full subscription link on a public page.

CONNECTION

Connections and issues

Connection problems usually require separating client status, the local network, subscription configuration, and individual routes. Troubleshooting in order is more likely to reveal the cause than repeatedly reconnecting.

Why can’t I connect after importing the subscription?

Refresh the subscription first and confirm that the client has selected a specific route rather than an empty configuration or disabled state. Check that the system time is accurate and that the client has the permissions needed to establish a network connection, then try another route. If none work, test again on a different network and submit the client name, platform, and error message in a ticket.

Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?

The client may be in rule mode, with the app’s requests classified as direct connections. Alternatively, the system proxy may cover only applications that support system proxy settings. Switch to the client’s global connection mode for comparison. If global mode works, review routing rules, LAN direct-connection options, and the app’s own network settings.

How can I troubleshoot frequent disconnections?

Check whether disconnections occur only on a particular route. If so, refresh the subscription and switch to another route in the same region. If every route disconnects, check whether the local network is also unstable and temporarily disable system power-saving restrictions. When a device switches from Wi-Fi to another network, the existing connection may become invalid; reconnect the client to start a new session.

What should I do if the client stays connecting after I switch networks?

After the network changes, the client may retain the previous connection state. Disconnect manually, wait for the system to finish switching networks, then select a route and connect again. If the state does not recover, fully quit and reopen the client. If it remains stuck, refresh the subscription and try another route to determine whether the local state is stale or a single route is unavailable.

What should I do if the subscription fails to load or shows an empty configuration?

Confirm that you copied the complete subscription link and that no spaces were added before or after it. Refresh again in a browser environment with normal internet access. If the plan is no longer active, the client may be unable to retrieve its configuration; sign in to the user panel and check the subscription status. If the plan is active but the configuration remains empty, copy the link again from the panel and submit the displayed error.

ROUTES

Speed and routes

Route performance changes with the local network, destination service, and time of access. Judge it in the context of your actual use and keep a backup route in the same region.

What should I do when video buffers during peak hours?

Pause playback and switch to another route in the same region so the client can establish a new connection, then resume. Performance depends on the local network, cross-border path, destination platform, and playback bitrate; a region name alone cannot predict results. Lower the video quality first to test stability, then restore the required quality gradually and keep a working backup route.

How do I choose the right route?

For everyday access, start with a nearby region that offers a stable connection. When you need content for a specific region, choose a route matching the destination service. Bibi VPN covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes; refreshing the subscription usually reveals the available configurations for each region. During fluctuations, switching to another route in the same region is more effective than repeatedly reconnecting to one route.

Why is a speed test fast while websites still load slowly?

A speed test usually measures only part of the path between your device and its test server. Web loading is also affected by DNS resolution, the destination server’s response, page resources, and route selection. Judge performance using the service you actually need and test different routes separately. If only one website is slow, the issue may be with that site or its route rather than the connection as a whole.

What should I do if a streaming service reports a region mismatch?

Make sure the selected route matches the region of the content you want to access, then fully quit and reopen the streaming app. The app may retain its previous region result, so clear its cache or test again in a browser private window. Account, content-licensing, and payment regions are governed by the platform; changing routes does not change your platform account details.

What can I do when access to an AI tool is unstable?

Switch to a route in a region supported by the tool, then reopen the website or app. If the sign-in page works but the session drops, try another route in the same region and avoid changing regions repeatedly within one session. Also check browser extensions, system time, and the local network. Whether a service is available in a particular region is ultimately determined by that platform’s rules.

BILLING

Billing and refunds

Monthly subscriptions and data packages follow different data rules. Before placing an order, upgrading, or requesting a refund, verify the plan type and order status in the user panel.

What monthly subscription plans are available?

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on your typical usage rather than connection speed alone; video, system updates, and large file transfers generally use more data than text browsing.

What data packages are available?

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Package data remains available until used and never expires, making it suitable for irregular usage or anyone who does not want a monthly reset. Monthly subscriptions and data packages follow different rules, so confirm the plan type on the pricing page before purchasing.

When does monthly subscription data reset?

Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date each month, not on a calendar-month schedule. Check the current plan and data balance in the user panel. Data packages are not part of the monthly reset; their data remains available until used and never expires. Do not apply monthly reset rules to a data package balance.

How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?

For a mid-cycle monthly upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining number of days. Before upgrading, check the current plan, target plan, and displayed result in the user panel, then confirm the action. If the order status differs from what you expected, do not repeat the same operation. Keep the order details and request a review through a ticket.

Which payment methods are supported?

Bibi VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. For payment, enter through the plan and order flow in the user panel and use the payment option shown on the order page. If the subscription status does not update after payment, refresh the user panel first. If it still has not changed, submit the relevant order details through a ticket for review.

How do I request a refund?

Bibi VPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the account used for the purchase, open the ticket section from the user panel, select the relevant order or refund topic, and provide the order details and request. To avoid delays, do not create multiple identical requests or display payment information on public pages.
