First Connection: Main Steps

VPN Setup Guide

Follow the sequence: create a username, choose a plan, get your subscription, import it into a client, and verify the connection. Each step matches an actual entry in the user panel, and no email address is needed in advance.

Account Access

Create a Username and Password

Open the free-start page. Set a memorable username that you do not reuse on other websites, then create a unique password. Bibi VPN does not require an email address; after submission, you will enter the user panel, where you can view plans, get your subscription, and download clients.

If the page says the username is already taken, submit again with a combination less likely to match someone else’s. Store your password securely, and never send your username, password, and subscription link together in a public chat or forum. After creating the account, confirm that Account Overview is visible before opening the Plans section. This helps prevent repeated redirects before a login session is established.

If you already have an account, there is no need to create another one. Use the login entry in the page header to access your existing account. If your browser has cleared the login session, signing in again will not change your existing orders or subscription information. Login issues are not covered here; see the Accounts and Subscriptions section in the Help Center.

Plan Rules

Choose a Plan Based on Your Usage

Open the Plans section in the user panel to compare monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions reset their data each month on the activation date and suit regular use. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, making them useful when usage is irregular or you want to control your own pace. Before choosing, consider whether you mainly browse the web, use AI Tools, transfer files, or stream media, then select based on your actual needs rather than the plan name alone.

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. If you upgrade during the subscription period, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, with no monthly reset. All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, but devices using the same subscription share the plan's data allowance.

After choosing a plan, select its Start Using option. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount in the order, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel and do not create the same order again. When the panel shows that the subscription is active, copy the subscription link from Account Overview. If the order status does not update promptly, refresh Account Overview first, then check the Help Center for billing and refund details. Bibi VPN offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; follow the applicable terms and the process shown in the user panel.

Configuration Source

Copy the Subscription Link from Account Overview

Once the plan is active, open Account Overview and find the subscription information section. It displays a dedicated link for importing and refreshing route configurations in clients. Copy it, but do not open it in the browser address bar or save it as an ordinary webpage bookmark. Paste it into the client's subscription import entry instead.

A subscription link functions like a credential that lets a client read configuration, so protect it like a password. If shared publicly, it may allow others to use your data or cause your device configuration to stop working. To use the subscription on multiple personal devices, import the same link into each device's client; you do not need to generate a separate link for every platform. Bibi VPN does not limit simultaneous devices, but all devices share the current plan's data allowance.

If you need to recognize the link format while following this guide, use the clearly fake value below as a reference. It cannot connect to Bibi VPN and will not return any real configuration. In actual use, copy only the link belonging to your own account from the user panel.

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

If the subscription entry has not appeared in Account Overview, first confirm that the order is active and try reloading the page. Do not search results, chat logs, or screenshots from others for a supposed “universal subscription”; those cannot match your plan. If it still cannot be retrieved, submit a ticket through the user panel with the order status, but do not paste the complete subscription link into the ticket.

Platform Import

Import the Subscription into the Matching Client

After copying the link, open the client download section in the user panel and choose the platform for your device. Client downloads and subscription delivery are handled through the user panel; this page does not provide static installer URLs. After installation, return to the client, find the subscription or configuration entry, paste the copied link, and run an update.

Windows: Import into the Desktop Client

Choose the Windows client in the user panel and complete the installation. After launching it, look in the sidebar or top menu for “Subscription,” “Configuration Management,” or “Import from Link.” Paste the link copied from Account Overview into the address field, give the configuration a recognizable name, and click Add or Confirm.

Return to the configuration list, select the subscription you just added, and run an update. Once the client reads it successfully, a list of regional routes will appear; choose a node then. If an address was added but no routes are visible, the update may not have been run, or the client may still be using an older configuration.

macOS: Import from the Configuration Menu

Get the macOS desktop client from the user panel, follow the system prompts to install it, and open it. In the client's configuration management area, choose to add a URL, remote configuration, or subscription link, then paste and save your dedicated link. Some clients place these controls in the system menu bar icon; click the icon first to expand the configuration menu.

Run a configuration update after saving and confirm that the newly imported subscription is enabled. If the system asks for network configuration permission, read the system prompt and confirm through the normal process; the client needs this to establish a system connection. Do not delete the subscription record after importing it, or you will not be able to refresh routes directly later.

Android: Add a Mobile Subscription

Choose the Android client in the user panel and complete the installation. Open it and go to the configuration or subscription page. Tap the add option, choose “Import from Link” or a similarly named item, paste the subscription address, and save it. If the system asks whether the client may create a network connection, verify that the client came from the user panel before continuing.

After the subscription loads, choose a route from the regional list and return to the main screen to turn on the connection. Android may show a connection indicator in the status bar; this is a normal system status notice. If the route list remains outdated after changing networks, return to the subscription page and run an update manually instead of repeatedly deleting and reinstalling the client.

iOS: Load through the Subscription Entry

Use the user panel to open the download entry for the iOS client. After installation, open the client and paste the link under Subscription, Configuration, or Add from URL. When saving the configuration, the system may ask you to confirm adding a network configuration. Read the prompt and complete authorization so the client can handle the network requests that need acceleration.

Return to the client's home screen, update the subscription, then choose a regional route and connect. If extra spaces appear when pasting, clear the field and copy the link again; do not edit its characters manually. After a system network change, iOS may temporarily retain the old connection state. If access behaves unexpectedly, disconnect first, then choose a route and connect again.

Button locations may change across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS client versions, but the import logic stays the same: copy your dedicated link from the user panel, add a remote subscription in the client, run an update, choose a route, and connect. The Linux download entry is also in the user panel. For command-line environments and more detailed configuration, continue with the in-depth Streaming and Route Guide or visit the Help Center.

Connection Check

Choose a Route and Confirm It Is Working

Once the route list loads, choose a region based on the content you want to access; you do not need to use the same node indefinitely. After selecting a route, return to the client's main screen, turn on the connection, and wait until it shows Connected. Then open the website or app you originally needed and confirm that it loads normally and that the account and content regions match your expectations.

If the client shows Connected but the target page still displays the content from before the connection, close and reopen the page, and if necessary clear the site's saved regional preference. Streaming platforms may also consider the account region, content rights region, and payment region, so a changed route does not automatically change the platform account region. Read the Streaming Guide for more on these mechanisms and common notices.

If nothing can be accessed after connecting, disconnect from the current route, choose another node in the same region, and reconnect. If no routes work, check whether the subscription has been updated, the plan is active, the system time is correct, and other network configurations are running at the same time. Do not enable multiple clients that perform the same network takeover function, as they may compete for the system connection configuration.

Client Status Shows Connected, with the current node name clearly visible
Target Service After reopening the page, the required content loads normally
Subscription Status The user panel shows an active plan, and the client can refresh its configuration
Ongoing Maintenance

Refresh the Subscription and Switch Routes

After the first connection, daily use mainly involves turning the connection on or off, switching regions for different destinations, and refreshing the subscription periodically. Clients do not always retrieve the latest configuration automatically. If a route disappears or its performance changes, open subscription management, run an update, and choose a node again.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the current subscription status in Account Overview and plan multi-device use around the remaining data. When all devices share one plan, large file transfers or high-resolution streaming affect overall usage, so it is better to monitor consumption centrally in the user panel rather than rely on each client's local statistics.

When switching devices, get the client for the relevant platform from the user panel and import your subscription link. When you stop using an old device, delete the subscription configuration from its client and sign out. If the link may have been exposed, the order status is abnormal, the client cannot update, or connections keep failing, use the Help Center to troubleshoot by account, connection, speed, or billing; submit a ticket through the user panel when manual assistance is needed.

This page covers only the essential path for getting started. Route types, regional behavior on streaming platforms, the relationship between account and payment regions, and more systematic route selection are explained in the in-depth guide, keeping unnecessary steps out of the initial setup.

Setup Complete

The Complete Path from Panel to Connection

Create a username and sign in, choose a plan that fits your usage, copy the subscription link from Account Overview, import and update it in the client for your platform, then choose a regional route to verify the connection. After that, keep your account and subscription link secure and refresh the subscription when the configuration changes.
